1. Many people are shy or afraid to go to a trichologist and admit their hair loss problem. With what does the first appointment usually begin? How should a person be prepared for the visit?
In my opinion, the problem is not that people are afraid to see the doctor and admit disease, but that they are struggling to the last on their own, without medical interference.
Everyone is used to looking for treatment on the Internet, following the advice of friends.  Also, one of the reasons is the banal absence of a specialist, trichologist in local regions.  I am often asked whether I conduct online consultations, to which I have to give a negative answer.  It is a very responsible event, and I would not diagnose a patient from a photograph.

Unfortunately, society regard trichologists as those who are exclusively engaged in mesotherapy, plasma lifting - nothing more. Even a hairdresser in a salon can sometimes call himself a trichologist. A trichologist is a doctor who covers a much wider range of activities.  At the very least, he finds the cause of hair loss, which is the most important task in this profession.  If the cause is found, a course of treatment is immediately selected.
Do not be afraid to go to a trichologist.  The main thing is to choose your professional you are comfortable to work with.

Also, I would like to give advice that when hair falls out, in any case, should injection techniques be done.  First, you should try a course of intensive medications, such as serum or ampoules.  And after you see that the hair is recovering and has stopped falling out, then you can go for mesotherapy and other procedures, because in this case, they will give better results.

2. Are men often your patients?  What is the fundamental difference in the treatment of men and women?
Among my patients, 60% are men, and, as a rule, there are three reasons why they come to me.  First of all, it is the increase in androgen hormones. Secondly, among my clients, there are a lot of athletes who use mixtures for muscle development, and it can result in blood thickening. Finally, when the thyroid gland problem periodically appears.  These are the main problems men face and can be dealt with in a short time.
Of course, there is a difference in the treatment of men and women.  If we talk about cosmetics, different compositions are created for men and women.

For example, for men, there is a 5% composition of minoxidil, and for women 2%.  If a woman rubs 5% of the remedy, then there may be hormonal problems, or a threat to the baby if the woman is pregnant.

3. For what questions, in addition to hair loss, should you contact a trichologist?
I will say with what question you should not contact a trichologist like "how should I wash my hair?". For all other issues, such as seborrhea, oily skin, brittle hair, loss, slow growth (when there is a sudden sharp slowdown, as a rule, it is a lack of the beauty hormone estrogen) - you can come for a consultation.

4. Have you faced the problem of hair loss? And how did you solve it?
Of course, like anyone else, I regularly face situations that entail hair loss.  One of the main problems is that I have to experiment - if something is asked to try, then the first person on whom I test products or drugs is on myself.  And sometimes innovations lead to a deterioration in the condition of the hair.  To maintain the beauty of my hair, I have a standard set: shampoo, conditioner, and oils.

5. What attracts you to hair oils?
Speaking of oils, I do not mean in any case burdock oil, castor oil, coconut oil, olive oil, since they are not able to moisturize the hair. On the contrary, extracting moisture from the rod, they will only dry it out. Hydrophilic oils should not be used in grooming.  Another type of oil (washable oils) - should be applied to damp hair to maintain shine and make it soft and silky.  This moment is purely aesthetic, but it helps your hair look healthier.

6. How should you maintain healthy hair during the off-season when hair loss is on the rise?
In my opinion, there is no seasonal hair loss and is often confused with the hair renewal cycle.  When we are born, some hair grows in us, others grow behind them, and by the age of 5, the child acquires the amount of hair that is given by nature.  Since the hair growth phase is 6 years old, it is renewing itself.

Therefore, it is not “seasonal hair loss”, but the amount of hair that has passed its growth phase fell into a “rest” phase, then “loss”, followed by a new phase of “growth”.  There must be prevention, as the maintenance of hair health, for example, Valdoré Intensive Hair Loss Program can be the best choice.  Feed your hair with the Intensive Program twice a year to keep it toned, and that should be enough.

7. How to properly take care of dyed hair and what should be avoided to neutralize the harmful chemical effects?
Frequent harsh experiments with hair should be avoided: from blonde to brunette, from brunette to red, and then honey agarics to blonde.
Endless washes, toning, and coloring destroy the hair structure.

It is best to choose a good master stylist who will know your hair, will be responsible for your image, and will be able to advise you on the hairstyle based on the characteristics of your hair.  I also do not see anything in coloring that would seriously harm the hair.  The only thing is, that it all depends on the individual selection, for example, some products are better suited to colored hair than natural.  And the dyed hair is more porous and prone to dryness, so it is better to use masks twice a week.

8. What is the best way to care for your scalp?
It all depends on the condition of the scalp. If nothing bothers you, then there is no point in taking any action.  If you are still worried, you need to find the reason.  Regarding care, you need to wash your hair as many times as necessary, and not maintain a strictly defined amount of interval wrinkling every 5 days.  Care should be according to needs, without fanaticism.  It is important to monitor nutrition, proper sleep, and choose the right care.  In this case, your hair will always be healthy and strong.

9. Please share your impressions of the Valdoré Intensive Hair Loss Program. What ingredients do you find most effective and innovative in the composition?
The Valdoré line has completely satisfied me on all criteria.
After getting to know it and having tried the products, I have realized that this is a company that produces a high-quality product.  In addition to its visual appeal and aesthetics, it has unique properties.  For example, the "Intensive Hair Loss Program" is a treatment that gives quick results.  It is generally known that hair treatment can longe from several months to several years, while Valdoré can speed up the resolution of this issue.

Of all the variety of products, Valdoré is one of the few that is easy to use, which is important for women in the modern world who live at a fast pace.  Also, it is worth noting the high efficiency of the products. One of the active ingredients is Copexil, which not every manufacturer can afford to add to the composition.

Another advantage is the fact that Valdoré has no gender division.  The course is designed for both women and men.  From my point of view, this approach is very reasonable.

Moreover, as a Trichologist, I must point out that Valdoré products do not have a "withdrawal syndrome".  An intensive anti-hair loss program is sufficient to use twice a year to maintain the beauty of your hair.  At the same time, the buyer does not become a "victim" of the product, which he cannot refuse, due to the loss of the long-term effect.
