1. General Information
All orders placed via the website www.valodre-labs.com are governed by these terms and conditions of sale. These are authentic and they apply at the exclusion of all other conditions or agreements. It defines the rights and obligations of each party.
Each customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these general conditions of sale, without any reservation.
Valdoré reserves the right to modify, at any time, the content and form of these general conditions of sales and to make them accessible on this website.

2. Personal Data
Valdoré undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal data mentioned by customers when ordering on this website and to treat them within the limits imposed by law.
The customer undertakes to inform in a necessary way personal data for the purpose of the smooth running of his order (billing and delivery). He agrees that they are correct and up to date at the time of the order. 
When browsing our store, we are automatically receiving your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (when applicable): With your permission, we may send emails about store update, new products and special offers.The customer is entitled to refuse the sending of invitation emails or commercial communication by Valdoré. This possibility remains in effect at any time.
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at info@valdore-labs.com. 

3. Entry into force of the contract  
The contract comes into effect from the moment the customer has entered the payment information and that they have validated on the site Valdoré.  The order is thus passed.
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

4. Orders
The customer places an order via this website and the button "add to cart" he adds the selected product in his shopping cart. He may at any time continue his selection of articles, change his shopping cart or complete his order and pay the selection of products. 
Any order made on this site by the validation of the shopping cart commits the customer to buy the products selected according to these general conditions of sale. 
The customer can not complete or cancel an order once it has been placed. No refund is made to the customer.
Valdoré undertakes to sell the products as presented on this website within the limit of available stock.

5. Confirmation of Order
Once the order is validated, the customer receives order confirmation information by email.
The data recorded by Valdoré constitutes irrefutable proof of the order or the transaction made. All data recorded by the financial system constitutes irrefutable proof of financial transactions.
In the event of a subsequent refusal of the method of payment, Valdoré reserves the right to refuse or cancel the delivery, at its option, of any order made on this website until the payment is settled.
In addition, Valdoré reserves the right to sell the products to other customers able to pay the order if the payment pending is not settled in time (in case of tense stocks).

6.Prices
The prices payable for the products are those displayed on this site and include VAT, excluding shipping costs.
Delivery cost are billed in addition to the products ordered. These are visible at the time of the shopping cart summary. They are calculated according to the locality of the customer and amount of order at the time of the order which will be required obligatorily.
Valdoré reserves the right to modify at any time the prices and other charges mentioned on this site.

7. Product Representation 
Valdoré is committed to matching as best as possible the photographs of the products as represented on this site with those of reality. However, depending on how the product is presented on the Internet, the representation made by the customer of the product may potentially differ from reality.

8. Secured Payment  or Payment on Invoice
All payments are made using the credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others).
We process your online payment with the help of the external payment processor Stripe – a leader in the payments industry.
To enable maximum security of your online payment through our website we do not store your payment card data, which gets encrypted and passed to Stripe. To protect your data while transferring it to Stripe, we use recommended TLS/HTTPS security certificates.

The order will be considered effective after confirmation of the agreement of the bank payment centers.
In accordance with the regulations in force, and to ensure the security and the confidentiality of their information, Valdoré does not memorize the banking data of its customers. It is thus the customer's responsibility to record and print his payment certificate if he wishes to keep the payment details relating to his order. Credit card data is encrypted to protect the customer.

9.Shipping
Shipping of products ordered via this website is provided by Valdoré.
The delivery costs are calculated at the end of the order according to the shopping cart.
From the order and confirmation of payment, delivery times, indicative, are 2 to 14 working days depending on the location.

10.Verification of the goods and return 
It is the customer's responsibility to check the quantity and condition of the goods as soon as the products have been delivered.
In case of error (damaged or missing product), the customer must announce and inform within seven days the company Valdoré at the email address in section 1 of these general conditions of sale. Valdoré will replace the missing or damaged product identically if the error is confirmed by its own services.
The products of the company Valdoré can not be the subject of a return or a refund as soon as they correspond in all points to the order form and that they present no defect that could be put at the expense of Valdoré.
The only returns likely to be accepted by the company are those where the products have a production defect. If this is the case, the products must be returned as received in their original packaging together with proof of order to the following address:

11.Guarantee
Without limiting the scope of these General Sales Terms & Conditions, no request whatsoever for delivered products, the non delivery of products or other may not exceed the amount of the purchase price of the products which gave rise to a request for damages and interests. IN NO EVENT SHALL VALDORÉ BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (EVEN IF THE BIRTH OF SUCH DAMAGE WAS KNOWN OR COULD HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE) COMING INTO RELATIONSHIP WITH ITS PRODUCTS, THEIR USE, SALE OR PRESENT SITE.

12. Major force
Valdoré will make every effort to fulfill its obligations but will not be held responsible for cases of force majeure or fortuitous events. Thus, any delays or lack of delivery resulting from circumstances beyond his control, particularly in the event of strikes, wars, natural disasters or any other circumstances that prevent the smooth running of the production, transport or delivery of products can not be charged to the seller. In addition to the cases usually adopted by the case law, are explicitly established as force majeure or fortuitous cases the blocking of means of transport or supplies, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning; the shutdown of telecommunication networks or difficulties specific to external telecommunication networks to customers.
